MMG Toyota Dundee is hiring an experienced Service Front-Line Manager to lead our aftersales team and deliver top-tier service in our busy workshop. If you thrive in the fast-paced world of automotive aftersales and excel at delighting customers, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily workshop operations, including job card management, technician allocation, and quality control for repairs and maintenance.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and apprentices to meet service targets and uphold Toyota service standards.
- Manage customer interactions from booking to handover, resolving complaints, and ensuring high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
- Ensure compliance with warranty processes, health & safety regulations, and dealership policies.
- Collaborate with parts, sales, and management teams for seamless operations and inventory optimization.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in automotive aftersales, with 1+ years in a service management or front-line supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service procedures and workshop management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in motivating teams and handling high-volume service bays.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver’s license
